Text filtering and pixel review
Common secret patterns are filtered from diagnostics. Review pixels yourself: opaque masks cover screenshots, and video approval is separate.

Authorized evidence access
Workspace/project membership controls private report reads. Screenshot/video requests recheck access. Bearer shares expire and can be revoked.
Diagnostic boundaries
Request/response bodies, headers, cookies, browser storage and historical browsing are excluded. Collection is bounded and partial; filtering is best effort. Screenshot blur is a visual treatment. Use opaque masks for full screenshot concealment and review recordings before approving them.
Storage, credentials and cleanup
Server credentials stay outside extension/widget bundles. Reports use private object storage and authorized access. Expiry/deletion removes access before asynchronous cleanup. Provider backups and external copies are separate responsibilities.
Sharing and external providers
Anyone holding a valid bearer link can use it. Review the selected share scope. Provider deliveries require configuration and reviewed fields; administrator-enabled signed webhook events are a separate opt-in.
Assurance and reporting
No SOC 2, ISO, PCI certification or independent audit is claimed here. Hosted regions, final legal disclosures and live operational checks are still part of launch preparation. Report a security concern through Contact, without including exploit secrets or private customer data in the initial message.
