Share links and project permissions
Private reports, visual-only links, expiry and revocation.
Private by default
Report access follows workspace membership and project scope. Read/comment roles can participate without triage or external-sharing permissions.
Create a scoped link
Choose 24 hours, seven days, 30 days or the remaining report lifetime. A link never outlives its report. Anyone holding the bearer link can use it until expiry or revocation.
Hide technical details
Visual-only sharing excludes diagnostic events and private technical context from the shared response. Internal comments remain private. Visual evidence itself still needs the sender’s review.
Revoke or delete
Revoke links when they are no longer needed. Report/workspace deletion removes access before asynchronous object cleanup. Previously downloaded or externally published copies cannot be recalled.
