Reproduce the bug. Stop capture when you have enough context. Diagnostics are bounded to five minutes; video is limited to two minutes and 20 MiB, without audio.
Review every piece.
Add a title and reproduction steps. Pin the affected area, link a diagnostic and exclude unrelated logs. Use an opaque mask or selected-area blur on screenshots. Play the entire video before approving it.
Send it to the right people.
Connect with your project capture token and upload. The report appears privately in your workspace. Assign a teammate or deliberately create an expiring, revocable share link. External delivery is a separate reviewed action.
