Make your first report
Create a workspace, connect a project and relay your first reviewed report.
Create a workspace
Open the workspace, sign in and create a project for the website you want to test. Set its target URL/environment and allowed widget origins if you will use the widget.
Connect the extension
Install the supplied beta extension. In Settings → SDK & API keys, generate a project capture token. Enter the dashboard origin and token in review. Tokens expire after 24 hours; revoke them when no longer needed.
Capture and review
Open an HTTP/HTTPS website. Choose a screenshot, diagnostic capture or screen video. Reproduce the issue, stop and review what will be sent. Add a useful title, reproduction steps and expected/actual results.
Upload and triage
Upload to the private workspace. Assign a teammate, add labels and discuss the evidence. Share links or external deliveries are deliberate separate actions.
