About these terms
BugRelay is a private beta product by Rizaklabs. The registered contracting entity and formal contact details will be added before any paid service opens. These terms describe the intended beta rules and do not replace mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you.
Using the beta
Use BugRelay only with accounts, websites and data you are authorized to access. Keep project capture tokens and account credentials secure. You are responsible for choosing what to capture, reviewing it, and confirming that you may upload or share any personal, confidential or third-party information it contains.
Your reports and permissions
You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize BugRelay to store and display that content to provide the features you request, and to send selected fields to integrations or people you explicitly choose. Shared links are accessible to their holders until expiry or revocation. Copies already downloaded or delivered to third-party services may remain after deletion from BugRelay.
Privacy and evidence
Capture begins by user action. Diagnostic collection is partial; text filters may miss sensitive values. Screenshot masks cover pixels, while blur does not guarantee anonymization. Neither tool edits video frames. Review a recording before attaching it, and do not capture data you do not have permission to process.
Acceptable use
Do not use BugRelay for covert monitoring, unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, malware distribution, or to bypass browser capture controls. Do not attempt to access another workspace or report. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law.
Beta availability
The product is under active development. Features may change, integrations may be unavailable, and capture can be limited by browser or website restrictions. The beta does not promise continuous availability, complete diagnostics, complete redaction or a service-level commitment.
Subscriptions and tax
Paid subscriptions are not enabled. Proposed Studio and Agency plans are billed monthly in SAR; their seat and project limits must be implemented and verified before checkout opens. Before payment, BugRelay will show the selected plan, billing interval, total price, any applicable tax, renewal and cancellation information. A Stripe-hosted checkout will handle payment details. No charge is made through this draft page.
Ending use and data
You may stop using the beta and ask a workspace owner to export or delete its data. Owners can revoke share links and capture tokens. Retention and cleanup follow the privacy notice. Paid cancellation and refund procedures will be published before paid subscriptions open.
Applicable law and formal terms
The owner has identified Saudi Arabia as BugRelay’s business country. The contracting entity, governing-law wording, dispute process, liability allocation and effective date require confirmation against the registered business details and local legal review before these terms are final.
